Teleconferencing
Looking for a cost-effective way for your event to reach a larger audience? The solution: add a teleconference to your next news event! VVC can take care of booking it for you, and have the dial-in # for you in time to publish your news release.
Booking VVC for your teleconference ensures an audio test to be performed pre-call to determine correct volume levels. It is also beneficial to use VVC when you have a live audience in the room who will ask questions, and also listen to questions over the phone lines, as we will balance the sound in the room as well.
Teleconference options (not limited to):
- Listen only versus two-way (interactive) calls
- Operator Assisted or self-managed
- Operator introduction, or chairperson introduction
- Call Acceptance: open or restricted
- Participant List (name, company/affiliation, location, other)
- Q & A session (poling, or open line)
