Within 1 hour after the event:

• key photo(s) emailed to client's office from job site for immediate upload to client's website
• web-ready video clip of announcement

24 hours after event:

• full photo gallery of event to share with stakeholders and media
• full-length web-ready video file of event (archived webcast)

48 hours after event:

• edited video webcast of key points with interviews and b-roll
• web video posted to VVC's YouTube page and/or our client area
• share link for easy posting on Twitter or Facebook etc
